I watched all 9 subbed episodes of SSX.

Hmm, I won't write a blog post on this series. Some people praise SSX a lot, but I guess it must be because of the final arc?!

There is no final arc. They keep wasting time up till ep. 20. Then do away with Tochiro in 2 eps. Oops. Actually, the only praise I've heard about the series is for the animation.

To me the biggest problem is Harlock's voice. I know it's the same man (Inoue) that did SPCH and AOMY but I almost can't believe it. He loses control of his voice and sounds really funny sometimes.

BTW, have you seen the SSX trailer? It looks so much more interesting than the actual series.

I am sure I saw it on YouTube, but now I can't find it there I wanted to ask a.k. what the text said.

Hmm, none of those clips appear in the first 9 episodes, i think... there's even a gun frontier hanging!!

None of these clips appeared in any of the SSX episodes. To my knowledge, it was not exactly a trailer, more like a pilot thing. And yes, there are plenty of interesting references there, to GF, to the fake Emeraldas scene, and it was suggested that those empty-eyed and green-haired chicks were the updated Mazone. And that sunken tank and mosquitoes scene looked familiar too. The Cockpit?
